Variable length replacement lock and gear (shown to left of diagram) for the original Atrium French Classic multi-point lock made by Ferco (Ferco 528 - 28mm backset and 70mm center to centers). Includes 7MM spindle, spindle adapters, and shoot bolts. Original French Classic Diagram shown here for identification purposes only. It shows the lock, gear, and trim. SKU: ATAULMULT sold here does not include the trim (handle set and plates). It is the lock mechanism only. Installation requires minor modification to edge bore of door and relocation of roller pin strike plates. Latch is field reversible. |

G-U 3 point replacement mortise lock |
G-U 3 point replacement lock for single-swing Atrium doors by Woodgrain Millwork prior to Oct. 1997. Lock design changes were made to lock body and manual tongue locking points. Replacement designed to fit existing door machining and handlesets. 45 MM backset, silver face plate, same locking locations, reversible latch for handing. Bottom of spring loaded latch is 1/8" lower than old so strike plate might have to be lowered or filed down slightly. Photo shows old lock body on top and new at bottom. |
