We do not offer exchanges. If your purchase is accepted as a returnable item you can place a new order for a replacement. This will be handled as a separate transaction and any credit due can be applied. If your returned item(s) are in good condition, as when sold, we will be happy to refund your purchase less the cost of shipping.

Returns of items or orders totaling $100 or more in original purchase price (including taxes) are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless a new order has been placed prior to the arrival of the return.
Returned Goods Authorization (RGA)
All requests for RGAs must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. RGA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issuance and will not be re-issued.

If returning an item(s) due to an error on our part, please let us know. We will cover the costs of shipping and process an order for a replacement immediately. If your item(s) is damaged when received please take a photo ASAP and email it to us if possible.
Once you receive the RGA Number please package the item(s) to be returned securely with appropriate packing to ensure its safe return. If possible include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Write the RGA number on the box or shipping label.

Order Cancellation Policy
In-stock items normally ship within two days and often the same day ordered. Notice of order cancellation must be received within 24 hours of date of order to receive full refund on product and shipping costs. If your order has already been shipped we cannot cancel the order but can arrange a refund through the returns process as described above. Special order items that we place through distributor suppliers may not be cancelable or fully refundable.
